NGOs and NPOs must provide supporting documents to verify NGO or NPO status.

Submission of Write-up

Submissions may be in English or Chinese. Please refer to the Judging Criteria for the content of the write-up.

Innovative Organizations Awards - Large / SMEs

• A written summary of the innovative initiative, 4 pages maximum (any information provided by outward link(s) in the write-up will only be treated as supplementary information that may or may not be reviewed by judges).
• A related video, 3 minutes maximum (optional)

Your write up should be limited to four pages, A4 size with character font size not less than 10, supplementary information excluded. Any information provided by outward link(s) will only be treated as supplementary information that may or may not be reviewed by judges.

1st Round Judging
March 2026 / 2026

The Panel of Judges will conduct an initial screening and propose the Top 10 Finalists, 5 Excellence Award winners and Special Award winners amongst all the entries. The Panel of Judges may request site visits, as deemed necessary.

Final Judging, Award Presentation Ceremony and HKMA Global Innovation Day
June 2026

All finalists are required to present their innovative initiatives at the Final Judging during the HKMA Global Innovation Day. The Judges will decide on the winners of all the awards and announced at the Award Presentation Ceremony.
